Ballarat House Repaint
A huge makeover for this old weatherboard house in Ballarat. It was a complete interior/exterior repair and repaint, including built in robes for the bedrooms.
The external weatherboards were in poor condition and required serious preparation work before being painted. The difference is amazing after a challenging job well done.
Factory Repaint
ASG gave this factory a complete makeover at end of lease. The factory had been used for steel manufacturing for the last 20 years and had not had any painting in this time.
ASG also re-painted all interior suspended ceilings, saving the client a significant cost compared to replacing them. A Huge Difference and welcome to the new tenants Lite Industries.
Exterior Unit Block Repaint
A beautiful apartment block right on the beach, this property is first in line to the harsh Melbourne weather and it was severely aged.
This building required significant preparation and repairs to remove all flaking and damaged surfaces. All exterior previously painted surfaces were re-painted including fascia, eaves, walls, fences, windows and doors.
